Real Estate Fundamentals with Fartlek!

Join Lauren and Maria as we walk you through some tips and tricks to generating wealth through homeownership! Whether you do not own a home yet or you own several already, we want to share how home ownership can help you create generational wealth!

We will take 30-45 minutes to get you on the right real estate path, then head to the bike path to enjoy a walk/fartlek run around Whitefish! This "run/walk" is literally for every BODY! Please come and don't feel like you won't be able to do it! We will help you through it.

You can walk or get your heart rate up with a fartlek-style run. This will allow us to stay close as a group. A "fartlek" is literally "playing around with speeds" – essentially, it's a form of unstructured speedwork. It involves a continuous run/walk in which periods of faster running are mixed with periods of easy - or moderate-paced running/walking. It is a form of exercise that is great for people trying to get started with fitness or who want to build their aerobic base. It is fun, and Maria will work with you to get the most out of the 30-minute exercise!
