The 12 Days of Christmas is an annual fundraiser planned by the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. 78 winners will be the lucky winners of our valued business donations. One lucky winner will win $400.00 in Christmas Cash!

HOW TO DONATE:
Complete above form and drop off with your donation at the Columbia Falls Area Chamber office, Whitefish Credit Union or Glacier Bank in Columbia Falls. We are also happy to come pick them up! Give us a call, 406-892-2072, or email us to schedule a pick up time.
Donations must be revived by Wed October 26th, 2022 to be guaranteed in all of the marketing materials.
WHO CAN DONATE:
Any current Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce can participate.
TICKET INFORMATION:
Tickets on sale November 1st-November 30th.
1 for $5.00 or 5 for $20.00 (No limit on how many you can buy or how many times you can win)
Must be 21 or older to purchase tickets.
HOW TO GET TICKETS:
Cash, check or debit card accepted. .
Purchase from any Chamber staff, ambassador or board of director.
Purchase at and Chamber sponsored events in November.

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR PRIZE IF YOU WON:
Stop by the Chamber office M-F between 9:00-1:00pm until December 23rd, 2022 to pick up your prize. Photo ID or Ticket Stub are required at pick up. ID check required if a prize includes alcohol.
